We are excited to offer a truly unforgettable adventure to Kasane, in partnership with Camp Botswana. This residential experience is designed to take learning beyond the classroom, giving students the opportunity to explore one of Botswana’s most remarkable wildlife regions, located at the gateway to Chobe National Park. Surrounded by extraordinary wildlife, rich culture, and breathtaking landscapes near the meeting point of four countries, students will develop independence, confidence, and leadership skills throughout the journey.
From full-day safari game drives in Chobe National Park to visits near the famous Victoria Falls, as well as team-building challenges and campfire evenings, this trip promises a safe, structured, and inspiring week of growth, discovery, and lifelong memories.
Below you will find all the important information about the trip, including key details, the full schedule, payment information, and the required forms that must be completed and returned to secure your child’s place.

Dates: Provided by your school
Meeting point: School (departure 6:00 AM sharp) — return to school ≈ 6:00 PM on Saturday.
Below you’ll find the day-by-day programme:
Day 1 — Arrival & Camp Welcome
Arrival and registration at the Kasane campsite.
Welcome briefing, tent allocation and Camp Botswana T-shirt distribution.
Ice-breaker games to meet fellow campers and settle into camp.
Evening: camping stories and fun around the campfire.
Day 2 — Chobe River & Wildlife
Morning: nature walk and environmental learning session along the Chobe River.
Afternoon: sunset boat cruise along the Chobe River observing elephants, hippos and crocodiles in their natural habitat.
Evening: campfire, fun and team-building games.
Day 3 — Chobe National Park Safari
Morning: safari game drive through Chobe National Park — get your cameras ready for an incredible wildlife experience.
Afternoon: continue the safari adventure with more wildlife spotting and photography.
Evening: hot chocolate around the campfire and “Highs and Lows” reflection time.
Day 4 — Culture & Camp Challenge
Morning: traditional pottery workshop where campers create their own artwork.
Afternoon: swimming or relaxing by the pool with friends.
Late afternoon: Camp Botswana Amazing Race Challenge — teamwork and problem-solving activities around camp.
Evening: campfire and team games.
Day 5 — Victoria Falls Adventure
Morning: travel across the border to visit Victoria Falls, one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World.
Guided rainforest walk to the viewpoints to experience the spectacular waterfall and learn about its geography and environmental importance.
Afternoon: explore the Victoria Falls area and visit local craft markets before returning to camp.
Evening: talent show and marshmallow campfire celebration.
Day 6 — Certificates & Departure
Morning: breakfast followed by certificate presentation and final group photos.
Departure from Kasane and return journey back to Gaborone.

Step 2: Make Your Payment
Transfer the deposit to these bank details. Payment for the trip can be made in full, or you can pay in equal amounts on the 30th of every month to help spread the cost of the trip.
